mountains, clear lakes, numerous caves, and waterfalls. Enjoy thousands of miles of
logging roads with distant views to ride your four-wheeler or horse.

The Three Rivers Wildlife Management Areas have over 870,000 acres of public
hunting, fishing, and camping for your benefit. Turkey, Deer and Wild Hogs are
abundant in this area of Southeast Oklahoma. This mountain region has many
streams and rivers for various float trips such as canoeing, rafting, kayaking,
fishing and mountain ATV trails. The Little River, Glover River, and Mountain
Fork River are just a few of the exciting choices to explore and float with
various canoe rentals in the area
While in Honobia, try your fishing luck for Small Mouth Bass and Perch
in the rivers. If you prefer lake fishing or boating, you can check out
Clayton Lake or Sardis Lake by Clayton or Broken Bow Lake that is only 40 miles away.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will like the beauty of it all, the untouched look of the area
just as it was two hundred years ago! It is so isolated in most of the areas, you
may even run across Bigfoot - the creature that tries to stay hidden. Stories
have been told about Bigfoot for decades. They even have an annual Bigfoot
Festival in Honobia.
The 2008 Honobia Oklahoma Bigfoot Festival will be held at
the Kiamichi Mountain Mission Camp Grounds at the intersection of the Indian
Trail Highway and State Highway 144, Honobia, Oklahoma on Friday, October 3rd &
Saturday, October 4th and will feature a Bigfoot
Conference . Enjoy Bigfoot stories, live music, arts & crafts, pony rides, 4
wheeler runs, and so much more! Make your plans now to see and hear something very unusual!
